Предварительная квалификация:На данном этапе проводится предварительная квалификация участников перед запуском основного тендера. На предквалификацию КП не предоставлять, они рассмотрены не будут, ТЗ предоставлено для ознакомления, на этапе сбора КП ТЗ может быть скорректировано. О сроках проведения тендера и предоставлении КП участники будут уведомлены дополнительно.
