Criteria for evaluating Bidders' proposals:
1. The lowest price offered by the Bidder Called for Bidding (the significance of the criterion is 90)
2. The Bidder must have experience in performing similar works, the cost of which is at least 30% (thirty percent) of the initial (maximum) contract price excluding VAT, as set out in the Bid Notice on the Call for Bidding (the significance of the criterion is 10) The experience is confirmed by an information letter and a copy of the contracts with the obligatory attachment of copies of signed acts of services rendered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
