Payment terms:the agreement with RSC Energia PJSC will be concluded in order to fulfill orders, state orders and state defence orders.
Requirements to the order and conditions of payments are set in the draft Agreement (Section 4 "Draft Agreement").
The terms of payments under state orders are regulated by separate contracts.

Comments:
This qualifying procedure is not a contest and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this qualifying procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations.
This qualifying procedure is not governed by the provisions of federal law № 44-FZ of 05.04.2013. "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs".
This qualifying procedure is not governed by the provisions of federal law № 223-FZ of July 18, 2011. "On procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
