Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

An application for participation in the trade procedure at TP B2b-Center must be submitted with the mandatory application of a commercial proposal, filled in the form of Appendix 1, of the documents specified in the rules for uploading documentation.
Commercial proposal template is provided in Attachment 1 to this RFP. Applications submitted to the B2b-Center TP without the above documents will not be taken into account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
