Contract performance security:В целях обеспечения своевременного и надлежащего исполнения Продавцом всех обязательств по Контракту, Продавец обязан предоставить в пользу Покупателя банковскую гарантию исполнения обязательств Продавцом по Контракту. Размер Гарантии исполнения Контракта должен составлять не менее 20% от Цены Контракта.
Стоимость выпуска и обслуживания банковской гарантии исполнения обязательств включена в стоимость коммерческого предложения

The Customer retains 4 (four)% of the amount of payments to ensure the quality of the Works and the proper fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to eliminate defects that have arisen through the fault of the Contractor from the moment of signing KS-2, KS-3 during the Warranty Period.
