Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
a) final settlement with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) the acceptance certificate (in the form of Appendix No. 4), signed by the Parties;
b) an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs. 5, 6 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1137 of December 26, 2011;
c) laboratory protocols
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
the final payment for the Services provided (Service Stage) is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered (Service Stage) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
