Обоснование: Согласно пп. 9.6.1 «Положения о закупочной деятельности ОСОО «ОКР» открытый тендер признан несостоявшимся, т.к. поступила только одна заявка, которая признана соответствующей единым требованиям и тендерной документации. В соответствии с абзацем вторым пп. 9.6.3 принято решение направить предложение руководству ОСОО «ОКР» о заключении договора с единственным участником закупки ООО "БИЗНЕС-ТЕХНОЛОГИИ"
