Payment terms:1. The price of bags should be fixed in rubles.
2. The price in the loaded commercial offer should be divided into 3 categories: pickup, the price of auto delivery, the price with railway delivery.
3. The price on the B2B trading platform is indicated for the maximum possible - auto delivery with side unloading.
4. The price of the products must include all possible payments related to customs, the manufacture of cliches, the loading of containers and its delivery to the buyer's warehouses.
5. Delivery is carried out on the terms of deferred payment of each batch of goods within 60 calendar days.
6. The estimated annual volume is determined by the technical specifications in the attachment.
7. The production of all variants of the cliche is included in the price of the goods.
8. Uploading a commercial offer on the company's letterhead is mandatory.
9. The percentage of filling bags is 75%, the number of colors on the bags is 2
Delivery terms:Delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse is carried out:
1. by motor transport with SIDE unloading at the expense of the supplier.

Comments:
For suppliers who have not previously supplied containers to AKKERMANN CEMENT LLC, Gornozavodskcement LLC and Akhangarantsement JSC, it is necessary to pass the pre-qualification procedure with the mandatory fulfillment of the following conditions:
1. To make 10 bags without applying a logo and send them at your own expense to the address of ACKERMANN CEMENT LLC for testing within the framework of the existing production.
2. Provide the following set of documents: A copy of the Charter; An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (no later than 30 days); A copy of the certificate of State Registration; A copy of the registration; A copy of the order and decision on the appointment of the head to the position; A copy of the document confirming the right to sign contracts; A copy of the license; A copy of the balance sheet for the reporting period of the form No. 1 with a mark of the tax inspectorate; A copy of documents confirming the location of the organization; A certificate on the status of payments for taxes and fees (form 39-1) as of the current date.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
