Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the work actually performed on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works with deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: The participant must necessarily meet the requirements set out in clause 15.16 of the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure.
The contractor must have special legal capacity in accordance with the current legislation related to the implementation of the activities provided for by the subject of the purchase, including the necessary licenses for the performance of works or the provision of services, in the scope of the work / services performed, namely, must have membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO) required in accordance with the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, giving the right to perform work on the subject of the contract.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC under any circumstances.
