Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prices are indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, but taking into account all other taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The supplier must include transportation costs in the price of the goods, taking into account delivery to any Agro-Auto LLC Motor Vehicle Company and loading and unloading operations.

Payment procedure: 100% post-payment within 30 banking days from the date of signing the act of completed works.

Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2025.

Comments:
The supplier who has expressed a desire to participate in the request must, by 16:00 (Moscow time), "29" February 2024.:

1. Fill in and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP file, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements specified in the file [09 Qualification Requirements].
2. For items of interest, provide a guaranteed number of vehicles and % discounts or surcharges on the Lot. The total cost of services at the basic tariff [07 Basic тариф.xlsx ] without taking into account the discount / surcharge on the Lot corresponds to 100%. If you are ready to provide a discount or a surcharge on the basic tariff, you must reduce or increase % from the cost of the services offered to the percentage of discount/ surcharge.

The stated discount/surcharge on the lot applies to all zones / body types of the lot.
The declared number of guaranteed vehicles per lot applies to all zones of the lot.
For lots designated with the body type "REF/ISOTHERM", it is necessary to specify the guaranteed number of vehicles only for the body type "REF" (guarantees are not needed for ISOTHERM in such lots).

The number of additional points included in the basic tariff for Lots of FCS Pyaterochka and FCS Perekrestok and their cost are detailed in the Appendix [07 Basic тариф.xlsx ]. For the PGK Lot for the FCS Perekrestok, it is necessary to specify guarantees for additional.the point on the site is 1 PC.

The items of the Lot FCS Crossroads with the sign "Sochi/Krasnaya Polyana" take into account the peculiarity of transport accessibility/ terrain.

The estimated volume in the request for proposals is planned and can be changed both up and down.
